Purchasing your Parking Permit
Buying in Person:
- Fill out the parking application. It is available at the Cashier Office (Building 6, 1st Floor) or on Highline's website.
- Bring your application and permit fee to the Cashier Office to receive your permit. See student parking permit fees below for the fee schedule.
Buying Online (full-time permits only):
- Visit the Highline Bookstore website on your computer to purchase a parking permit.
- Click on the "Parking Permit" button and read through the terms and agreement.
- Fill out the Your Information section and click Add to Cart.
- Pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Note: The $47.00 price includes a $1.00 fee for processing and shipping.
- Choose to have your permit mailed to your home address or pick it up at the Bookstore (Building 8).
Carpool Permits
- Complete the carpool application. It is available in the Public Safety office (Building 6, 1st floor) or on Highline’s website.
- Print a copy of each participant’s class schedule (or a letter from ABE/ESL). Permit holders’ schedules will need to begin and end within one hour of each other.
- Bring the completed application and class schedules to the Public Safety office for approval.
- Take your approved application and $10 fee to the Cashier office (Building 6, 1st floor).
- Return to the Public Safety office with your payment receipt to pick up your Carpool Permit hang tag.
