Fall Textbook Rental Return Policy

• Week 1: No hassle returns through the second Friday (October 7th) of the quarter.
• Week 2: Refunds will be granted by October 21st if you have withdrawn from the course in which the textbook is being used.
• No returns on opened bundles.
• Must have original register receipt for any returns. Items must be in original condition.

Electronic Rental Return Policy

Electronic rental returns must be made within three-business days of the rental date.

Exchanges for defective equipment are allowed throughout the quarter, unless the electronic rental is damaged.

General Merchandise Return Policy

General merchandise items such as clothing and supplies can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase.

Original cash register receipt is required, and the item(s) must be in original, unused condition. All original packaging must be intact.
